In November 2024, XLMS designed and built a modern 27,520 sq. ft., two-level office for Chow Sang Sang in Shenzhen, China. This sophisticated workspace includes advanced conference, training, streaming, and specialized facilities to support Chow Sang Sang’s operations and evolving workplace culture, helping attract and retain top talent across Mainland China.

The design incorporates sustainable materials and innovative principles that align with Chow Sang Sang’s commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. Notably, the feature walls use SPC blocks and eco wood panels certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and are free of volatile organic compounds, emphasizing eco-friendliness.

Chow Sang Sang is a major jewellery retailer with a rich history dating back to the 1930s, boasting over 10,000 employees and more than 920 stores across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and 60 cities in Mainland China. This office project showcases their dedication to combining innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence in their workplace environments.
