Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Hong Kong Arts and Sustainable Design Association (the "Association"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Association's services, including our website, programmes, events, and other offerings. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of the Association's services

  • You may use the Association's services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • You agree not to use the Association's services or communications for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to political campaigning, promoting political ideologies, or other politically sensitive purposes.

  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Association's services or any other systems or networks connected to the Association's services.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials provided by the Association, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the property of the Association and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 

  • You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Association's intellectual property without prior written permission.

3. Third-Party Links

The Association's services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. HKASD is not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of those external sites.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • HKASD provides services and its content "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • HKASD does not warrant that the services or its content will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • HKASD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Association's services or its content.

  • HKASD does not endorse or take responsibility for any opinions, statements, or content shared by users or members in connection with the Association's services. Any such opinions or content are those of the individual users and do not reflect the views of the Association.

6. Force Majeure

HKASD shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, legal or governmental restrictions, or acts of terrorism.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

8. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

HKASD reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
