XLMS designed and built a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq. ft. office for LOJEL, a global luggage brand, located at 83 King Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong. The workspace emphasizes innovation, diversity, and collaboration, featuring large multifunctional areas, meeting rooms, quiet zones, and breakout spaces to cultivate a dynamic environment. An impressive entrance offers panoramic views of Hong Kong’s port and the Pearl River Delta, while the flexible layout can transform into a vibrant café for events and town halls.

The design combines warm wood flooring, sleek concrete grey tones, and custom cabinetry with colorful terrazzo tiles in breakout zones, creating a welcoming café-like atmosphere for relaxation. Integrated greenery enhances both aesthetics and well-being, supporting productivity and a healthy environment. This project highlights sustainable design and materials, aligning with LOJEL’s commitment to ESG principles by using eco-friendly, low VOC materials and promoting waste reduction.

Incorporating WELL Building Standard™ and LEED principles, the headquarters optimize space efficiently and promote sustainability, minimizing carbon emissions. This approach improves employee well-being, inclusivity, and retention while fostering transparency, agility, and strong governance aligned with social and environmental goals. The abundant natural plants enhance air quality, reduce energy use, support biodiversity, and boost employee wellness by lowering stress and increasing productivity.
