設計光譜「接棒未來」展覽
The Hong Kong Design Centre's "Design Spectrum" presents the thematic exhibition "Pass The Baton" to explore the concept of ‘inheritance’ from tangible and intangible perspectives. Following the earlier first part “From Passing By To Passing On", the second part "From Process to Progress" is being held from July 5, 2024 until August 14, 2024. Through more than 20 local design projects covering product and industrial design, communication design, digital and motion design, fashion design and other categories, it inspires the public's imagination on the methods of heritage, and explores how to evolve standard processes to meet the needs of different eras, continuously breaking through established constraints, and allowing heritage to exert greater power. The exhibition is held at D2 Place and is free to visit by reservation.
As with previous occasions, this exhibition features free guided tours, workshops, and sharing sessions for the public. These include a screening of the film "Twilight's Kiss" starring Maggie Cheung, which was nominated for Best Actress and Best Visual Effects at the 59th Golden Horse Awards, with a storyline revolving around the heritage of neon sign craftsmanship. There is also a clay workshop hosted by participating designer and "Hong Kong Mud Brick" curator Leung Hong-kan, where participants can explore the joy of soft clay making together.

香港設計中心（Hong Kong Design Centre）的「設計光譜」（Design Spectrum）呈獻主題展覽「接棒未來」去探討「傳承」概念，繼早前的第一部分「過界」，第二部份「超頻」（FROM PROCESS TO PROGRESS）展覽於2024年7月5日至2024年8月14日舉行，透過20多個地區的設計項目，當中涵蓋產品及工業設計、傳訊設計、數碼及動態設計、服飾設計等多個類別範疇，啟發公眾對傳承方法的想象，探索如何因應不同的時代需要演進標準過程，不斷超越既定限制，使傳承發揮更大力量。展覽在D2 Place舉行，免費預約參觀。
是次展覽一如以往設有免費導賞團、工作坊、分享會等公眾活動，當中包括由張艾嘉主演、於第59屆金馬獎獲得最佳女主角獎和提名最佳視覺效果的《燈火闌珊》之電影放映會，劇情圍繞霓虹燈招牌製作工藝傳承。另外亦邀得參展設計師、「香港土磚」策劃人梁康勤主持泥土工作坊，跟大家一起發掘軟陶製作的樂趣等。
